Valhalla — 2024
The Valhalla is Aston Martin’s answer to those who found the Valkyrie too extreme and too exclusive. Developed in parallel and then delivered from 2024, it is built around a plug-in hybrid powertrain combining the 4.0-litre twin-turbo AMG V8 with three electric motors — two on the front axle, one on the rear — for a total of 1,064 bhp and permanent all-wheel drive. Its carbon-fibre body, its double-wishbone suspension and its active aerodynamics give it exceptional dynamic abilities despite a more generous footprint than the Valkyrie.
Limited to 999 examples and offered at around 650,000 euros, the Valhalla was sold out even before its final official presentation, a testament to collectors’ appetite for Aston Martin hypercars. It represents a delicate balancing act: to offer the sensations of a track hypercar with greater everyday usability, thanks in particular to pure-electric driving modes. On Aston Passion, its dedicated forum is accumulating discussions about its announced performance and the first impressions of the lucky few who have been able to try it before it goes on sale.
